舒肝活血止痉汤对主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者血管痉挛的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察舒肝活血止痉汤对主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者血管痉挛的预防效果。方法:选择2014年3月～2017年10月体检发现主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者122例,根据Excel数字表格法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组61例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上,口服中药汤舒肝活血止痉汤。两组均观察4周。比较两组血管痉挛发生情况、Vm、PI、linde-gard指数、中医症候积分、血清炎性因子水平和护理满意率。结果:研究结果显示,观察组在治疗后第2周,第3周和第4周血管痉挛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组在治疗后第2周和第4周Vm、PI、linde-gard指数和中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组治疗后第4周两组治疗前后IL-1β、INF-γ和VEGF水平比较(P<0. 05);研究组护理满意率为90. 16%显著高于对照组护理满意率的80. 49%(P<0. 05)。结论:常规护理配合中药舒肝活血止痉汤可降低主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者血管痉挛的发生率,提升护理满意度。Objective: To observe the preventive effect of Shugan Huoxue Decoction on aortic dissection for patients with vascular spasm. Methods: 122 patients with aortic dissection diagnosed from March 2014 to October 2017 were selected. According to the Excel digital table method,the patients were divided into study group and controlled group,61 cases in each group. The controlled group was given routine nursing care,the patients in the study group on the basis of routine nursing,orally took Shugan Huoxue Zhijing Decoction. The two groups were observed for 4 weeks. The incidence of vasospasm,Vm,PI,linde-gard index,TCM syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The results showed that the observation group of the second and the third week after treatment and the fourth week of vascular spasm was significantly lower than that of the controlled group( P < 0. 05). The study group after treatment for the second week and the fourth week of Vm,PI,linde-gard index and TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than the controlled group( P < 0.05). Research after treatment,the fourth week before and after treatment in the two groups of IL-1,INF-beta gamma and VEGF level( P < 0. 05). The study group of nursing satisfaction rate of 90. 16% was significantly higher than the controlled group of nursing satisfaction rate of 80. 49%( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Routine nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Huoxue Zhijing Decoction can reduce aortic dissection in patients with vascular spasm rate,improve nursing satisfaction.
