雷射针刺治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效及对血清抗凋亡因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察雷射针刺治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效及对VD患者血清抗凋亡因子(Livin)的影响。方法:192名VD患者随机分为雷射针刺治疗组、普通体针对照组和药物对照组三组,每组分别64例,共治疗3个疗程,对长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)、社会活动能力调查表(FAQ)评分以及血清Livin的水平分别于治疗前后进行对比。结果:总有效率雷射针刺治疗组为71. 88%,普通体针对照组为70. 31%,药物对照组为56. 25%,三组疗效相比,雷射针刺治疗组与药物对照组两组差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);三组患者治疗前后比较,治疗后HDS评分上升,FAQ评分降低,Livin水平上升,具有显著性差异(P<0. 05);三组间治疗后比较,雷射针刺治疗组的HDS、FAQ评分以及血清Livin水平的改善较药物组更为显著(P<0. 05),与普通体针对照组相当(P>0. 05)。结论:雷射针刺治疗VD患者疗效显著,其作用机制与改善VD患者血清Livin水平相关。Objective:To probe into the clinical observation of laser acupuncture for treating patients with vascular dementia(VD)and its influence on serum livin.Methods:192 patients with VD were randomly divided into three groups,including laser acupuncture,ordinary acupuncture control group,medicine control group,each group had 64 patients respectively,3 courses of treatment were preceeded,scores of Hasegawa’s Dementia Scale(HDS),Functional Activities Questionnaire(FAQ)and serum Livin concentration were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate after treat of the laser acupuncture group,the ordinary acupuncture group and the medicine group was 71.88%,70.31%and 56.25%respectively,comparing the curative effect among the three groups,there was significant difference between the two groups of the laser acupuncture treatment group and the drug controlled group(P<0.05).The three groups were compared before and after treatment,the score of HDS increased remarkably,the score of FAQ decreased significantly and serum Livin concentration increased notably after treatment.The comparison was analysed among the three groups after treatment,the improvement of laser acupuncture treatment group on HDS,FAQ and Livin was superior to the medicine controlled group(P<0.05),and equal to the ordinary acupuncture controlled group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Laser acupuncture has siginificant therapeutic effectiveness on VD patients,its mechanism might be related to ameliorating serum Livin concentration of VD patients.
