中药热熨治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)应用无创通气后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病运用无创通气后胃肠功能障碍患者采用中药热熨治疗的临床疗效,总结有效的中医综合护理措施。方法:选取我科慢性阻塞性肺疾病运用无创通气后胃肠功能障碍的患者60例,按照入院就诊顺序随机分成观察组和治疗组(每组30例);对照组予中医常规护理方案;治疗组予中药热熨联合中医常规护理方案。结果:实验组大便次数、肠鸣音、腹内压、胃肠功能评分改善率明显优于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:中药热熨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病无创通气后胃肠功能障碍有改善及防治作用。Objective: Studying on the clinical effect of TCM hot ironing for noninvasive ventilator assisted with ventilation abdominal distension in patients. Methods: Choosing up to the standard of noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation in patients with 67 cases,excluding case fall off and quit,for the record of 60 cases,into two groups,30 cases in each group. The controlled group was given routine nursing care plan,the treatment group was given hot ironing care plan. By observing the two groups’ abdominal distention,abdominal tension,bowel sounds before and after in the symptoms presented,evaluating the traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) hot ironing the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator abdominal distension by data statistics.Results: The experimental group was obviously better than the incidence of abdominal distension and period in the controlled group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM hot ironing has clinical effect and preventive action for noninvasive ventilator assisted with ventilation abdominal distension.
