摘  要:目的观察半枝莲对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖效果。方法采用腹腔注射肾上腺素建立小鼠高血糖模型、尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素建立小鼠糖尿病模型。小鼠随机被分为空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组、半枝莲总黄酮高剂量组、半枝莲总黄酮中剂量组、半枝莲总黄酮低剂量组。测定血清中血糖、肝糖原、糖化血清蛋白、胰岛素等指标,HE染色法观察胰腺、肾脏的病理变化。结果在肾上腺素致小鼠高血糖模型的实验中,与模型组相比,二甲双胍组和半枝莲总黄酮各剂量组均可显著降低动物的血糖值,升高肝糖原含量。在链脲佐菌素致小鼠糖尿病模型的实验中,与模型组相比,二甲双胍组和半枝莲总黄酮各剂量组均降低动物的血糖值,升高肝糖原和糖化血清蛋白的含量;促进胰岛素的分泌;可改善胰腺、肾脏的病理变化。结论半枝莲总黄酮有明显的降血糖作用,在发挥降血糖作用的同时还可修复胰岛细胞组织、保护肾脏。Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effect of Scutellaria barbata on diabetic mouse. Methods A mouse model of hyperglycemia was established by intraperitoneal injection of adrenaline,and streptozotocin was injected into the tail vein to establish a diabetic model in mouse. Mouse were randomly divided into control group,model group,melbine group,high dose group of total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata,middle dose group of total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata,low dose group of total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata. The serum levels of blood sugar,liver glycogen,glycosylated serum protein and insulin were measured. The pathological changes of the pancreas and kidney were observed by HE staining. Results In the model of hyperglycemia in mice induced by adrenaline in the experiment,compared with the model group,melbine group and total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata each dose group could significantly decrease the animal’s blood glucose,elevated liver glycogen content. In streptozotocin induced diabetic mouse model experiment,compared with the model group,metformin group and total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata each dose group decreased animal blood glucose,increased the content of hepatic glycogen and glycosylated serum protein,promote insulin secretion,can improve pancreatic and renal pathological changes. Conclusion The total flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata have obvious hypoglycemic effect,reducing blood sugar and can also play a role in the repair of islet cells,protect the kidney tissue.
