摘　　要：目的研究并完善青葙子与反枝苋子的原植物形态、微性状和显微特征。方法收集样品,利用数码照相机、体视显微镜和生物显微镜对青葙子与反枝苋子的原植物形态、微性状和显微特征进行研究。结果青葙子与反枝苋子在原植物形态、微性状和显微特征方面存在明显差异。结论可通过原植物形态、微性状和显微特征对青葙子和反枝苋子进行鉴别。Objective To study and improve the original plant morphology and microscopic characteristics and microscopic identification of Celosia argentea L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L.. Methods Sample collection,using digital camera and zoom-stereo microscope and biological microscope to study the original plant morphology and microscopic characteristics and microscopic identification of Celosia argentea L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L. Results The differences between Celosia argentea L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L. in the original plant morphology and microscopic characteristics and microscopic identification. Conclusion Celosia argentea L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L. can be authenticated by identification of original plant and microscopic characteristics and microscopic.
