摘  要:以玉米秸秆、玉米芯、稻壳为原料替代木屑栽培黑木耳,研究了4种培养基配方与传统木屑培养基配方对黑木耳菌丝体长势、生物学效率及经济效益的影响。结果表明,以配方玉米秸秆35%、玉米芯20%、稻壳18%、木屑25%、石膏1%、石灰1%栽培黑木耳,生物学效率、经济效益较好,可以替代木屑栽培。Auricularia auricula was cultivated with com stalk, corncob and rice husk instead of sawdust .The effects of four medium formulations and traditional sawdust medium formulation on the mycelium growth,biological efficiency and economic benefits of Auricularia auricula were studied in this paper.The results showed that the formulation with com straw 35%, corncob 20%, rice husk 18%, sawdust 25%, gypsum 1% and lime 1% could be used to cultivate A uricularia auricula with ligh biological efficiency and economic benefits.lt could replace the sawdust cultivation.
