摘 要:对±800kV直流滤波器中的常见结构做了介绍,分析了常规拆线试验方法的不足。根据直流滤波器内各设备结构,探讨了直流滤波器内各设备的试验拆线点,指出了各设备不拆高压引线试验方法。按照新的试验方法,可以顺利对±800kV直流滤波器开展电气试验,并达到预期试验效果。新不拆线试验方法可减少实际检修工作量,提高工作效率,降低接头发热风险与作业风险。The common structure of the ±800 kV DC filter is introduced. The short coming of common HV lead removal test method is analyzed. According to the structure of equipment in the DC filter, the test HV lead removal point of equipment in the DC filter is discussed and the test method for equipment without removal of HV lead is pointed out. The electrical test for ±800 kV DC filter can be carried out smoothly,and the expected test results can be achieved in accordance with the new test method. The new test method without removal of HV lead can reduce the actual maintenance work, improve working efficiency and The research results can reduce not only the actual maintenance workload, improve work efficiency,but also can reduce such risk as the joint heating and removal operation.
