摘 要:苏州南部电网已成为典型的大受端电网,通过5回500kV线路接受"西电东送"电力;通过特高压苏州站接受区外来电;区内落点±800kV锦屏直流接受西南水电。随着区外来电的增加以及供电负荷的不断增长,苏州南部电网受电规模不断增加,苏州南部电网将面临受电能力紧张以及严重故障后的安全性问题。因此,对于苏州南部电网最大受电能力的分析至关重要。考虑到从电网规划和运行控制角度,对于输电网充裕度和安全度的衡量存在标准的差异,本文首先梳理了江苏电网规划和运行控制中参照标准间存在的差异,在此基础上分析总结了苏州南部电网在"十三五"、"十四五"不同发展阶段的受电能力。Southern power grid in Suzhou has become a typical large receiving - end grid and receives electricity from "west-east powertransmission" via 5 circuits of 500 kV lines. The power from outer region is received through the UHV Suzhou substation and the hydro-electricity from Southwest China is received via ± 800 kV Jinping direct-current substation. With the increase of power from outer region and eve increasing of power load, the power receiving scale in the southern grid of Suzhou is ever increasing;the southern grid in Suzhou faces such problems as power-receiving-capacity shortage and instability after serious faults. Therefore, the analysis of the maximum power receiving capacities of southern power grid in Suzhou is of importance. With consideration of grid plan and operation control, the standard deviation on measuring margin and safety of the power transmission grid is existed. In this paper, the difference between the reference standard in the grid plan and operation control of Jingsu power grid is sorted out and, on this basis, the power receiving capacity of southern grid of Suzhou at such different period as " the thirteenth five-year plan and the fourteenth five-year plan".
