摘  要:目的掌握四川省蚊种构成、密度、分布及季节消长等情况,为相关疾病风险评估提供可靠依据。方法采用诱蚊灯法。结果四川省总体蚊密度为2. 85只/(灯·h),各生境中,牲畜棚和农户的蚊密度较高,分别为8. 41和3. 82只/(灯·h),医院成蚊密度最低,为0. 55只/(灯·h);主要蚊种为三带喙库蚊和致倦库蚊,分别占42. 25%和29. 02%。各监测点中成都市成蚊密度最高,达21. 38只/(灯·h);阿坝州最低,为0. 35只/(灯·h)。季节消长上,6—8月是高峰季节,7月最高,为6. 67只/(灯·h); 11月最低,为0. 4只/(灯·h)。结论掌握了四川省蚊媒的季节消长情况,为四川省病媒生物及蚊媒传播疾病的监测和控制提供了科学依据。Objective To master the situation of the mosquito species composition,density,distribution and seasonal fluctuation in Sichuan Province,and provide a reliable basis for mosquito-borne diseases risk assessment. Methods The mosquito-lured lamp method was adopted in the investigation. Results The overall mosquito density was 2. 85 insects/( hour·lamp). The mosquito density was higher in the barn and farmers,respectively 8. 41 and 3. 82 insects/( hour· lamp),lowest in the hospital as 0. 55 insects/( hour · lamp). The main mosquito species were Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex fatigans,accounting for 42. 25% and 29. 02% respectively. The highest adult mosquito density was 21. 38 insects/( hour·lamp) in Chengdu,and the lowest in Aba as 0. 35 insects/( hour · lamp). The mosquito density peaked in June,July and August. The highest occurred in July with the mosquito density of 6. 67 insects/( hour · lamp),while the least in November as 0. 4 insects/( hour · lamp). Conclusion The seasonal fluctuation of mosquito vector in Sichuan Province were better understood,providing a scientific basis for monitoring and controlling the mosquito-borne diseases in Sichuan Province.
