摘 要:目的了解2014—2017年遵义市蝇类种群密度及季节消长情况,为有效防治蝇类提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法,5—10月调查蝇类种群密度。结果共捕获蝇类8种2 233只,平均密度为0. 839只/笼,2014—2017年4个年度的蝇种群监测密度分别为0. 240、0. 203、0. 209和0. 188只/笼。家蝇、市蝇、大头金蝇和厕蝇密度居前4位,10月蝇类的密度最高,为1. 05只/笼; 5月蝇类密度最低,为0. 58只/笼。不同生境蝇类的平均密度以农贸市场最高,为1. 13只/笼;其次为餐馆(0. 68只/笼)、居民区(0. 38只/笼);绿化带最低,为0. 23只/笼。结论初步掌握了遵义市蝇类的种群密度和季节消长规律,为蝇类防治及蝇类传播疾病的预防提供了科学依据。Objective To understand the fly density and its seasonal dynamics in Zunyi City from 2014 to 2017,and provide scientific basic for fly control.Methods Cage trap method was used to capture flies from May to October.Results Totally 2 233 files belonging to 8 species were captured.The overall average density was 0.840 flies per cage,and the annual fly densities were 0.240,0.203,0.209 and 0.188 insects per cage respectively for the year of2014,2015,2016 and 2017.Musca domestica,Musca sorbens,Chrysomyiam egacephala and Fannia prisca were the dominant species.The fly density reached the peak as 1.05 insects per cage in October.The highest fly density of1.13 per cage was found in the farmers’markets,followed by restaurants(0.68 insects per cage)and residential areas(0.38 insects per cage),while the lowest as 0.23 per cage in the green belt.Conclusion The fly population densities and seasonal fluctuation in Zunyi City of Guizhou Province are mastered,which provides scientific basis for fly control.
