摘 要:目的了解上饶市2017年蚊虫种群结构、密度及消长情况,为当地蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法3—10月,每月通过诱蚊灯对5类生境进行2次现场监测,对捕获的蚊虫种类进行鉴定及统计。结果 2017年上饶市总共捕获成蚊2 517只,其中淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊为当地优势蚊种,占84. 5%。各类蚊种的密度高峰月不同,淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊和中华按蚊呈现单峰趋势,峰值分别为8月[4. 2只/(灯·h)]和6月[0. 33只/(灯·h)]。白纹伊蚊则在5月[0. 42只/(灯·h)]和8月出现密度最大值[0. 51只/(灯·h)],呈现双峰趋势。各类生境中蚊媒密度呈现单峰趋势,密度最高月为8月,且牲畜棚中密度为6. 48只/(灯·h),远高于其他各类生境。结论上饶市的优势蚊种为淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊,蚊媒密度有明显的随季节消长趋势,同时农户及牲畜棚等农村环境的蚊密度要高于其他生境,为此应依照监测数据,做好蚊媒传染病的预警工作,并将蚊媒防控的重点向农村转移。Objective To acquire the population structure,seasonal density fluctuation of mosquitoes in Shangrao City in 2017,and provide scientific evidence for local mosquito control.Methods Using mosquitoes lure lamp twice a month from March to October,mosquitoes from five types of habitats was captured and identified.Results In 2017,a total of 2 517 mosquitoes were captured in Shangrao City,and Culex pipiens pallens,Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus were the dominant species accounting for 84.5%.The density peaks of types varied with mosquito species.The densities of Cx.pipiens pallens,Cx.quinquefasciatus and Anopheles sinensis peaked respectively in August(4.2 insects per light in an hour)and June(0.33 insects per light in an hour).Aedes albopictus showed the highest densities in May(0.42 insects per light in an hour)and August(0.51 insects per light in an hour).The mosquito density peak in all kinds of habitats happened in August,and the density of mosquitoes in livestock sheds was higher than that of other types of habitats,which was 6.48 insects per light in an hour.Conclusion The dominant mosquito species in Shangrao City were Cx.pipiens pallens and Cx.quinquefasciatus,and the seasonal mosquito density variation was understood.The mosquito densities in rural environments such as farmer houses and livestock sheds were higher than other habitats.
