摘 要:目的:对比分析三黄泻心汤及其有效组分对正常大鼠的总胆汁酸代谢差异以及差异较大时间段。方法:通过比较分析三黄泻心汤及其有效组分灌胃正常大鼠后15 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h、5 h、6 h、8 h、10 h、12 h、24 h血清总胆汁酸的变化情况,并比较组与组之间的差别,进而得出药物对大鼠血清总胆汁酸(TBA)影响差异和影响较大的时间段。结果:三黄泻心汤及其有效组分在0~2 h和4~10 h内可降低大鼠血清总胆汁酸的含量;给药组与正常组的血清胆汁酸水平组间差异显著(P<0.05),给药后TBA变化较对照组平缓。结论:三黄泻心汤及其有效组分灌胃24 h内对大鼠血清总胆汁酸代谢有一定降低趋势,这为后期应用TBA评价病理模型和取血时间点的选择提供依据,并为临床研究肝胆疾病和胆汁代谢性疾病奠定一定基础。Objective:To compare the difference of total bile acid(TBA) metabolism and the time having the greatest difference among Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and its effective components in rats.Method:The changes of serum total bile acid were analyzed by comparing the effects of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and its effective components on normal rats at 15 min,30 min,1 h,2 h,3 h,4 h,5 h,6 h,8 h,10 h,12 h and 24 h.Compared the differences among groups,we found that the different changes of TBA among different treatment group on rat and the period having the greatest difference.Result:The TBA content in serum was decreased between 0~2 h and 4~10 h,and the difference of serum bile acid between the administration group and the normal group was significant(P<0.05).The changes of TBA after Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction administration were mild compared with the control group.Conclusion:The serum TBA metabolism of rats treated with Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction and its effective components for 24 hours tends to decrease,which provides the basis for the later selection of TBA to evaluate the pathological model and the time of blood sampling.Furthermore,it lays a certain foundation for the study of hepatic and gall diseases and bile acid metabolic disease.
