面向DFMC的非同构类产品模块差异性分析

摘　　要：运用分类算法,通过不同尺度参数范围内功能和工艺一致性分析,基于主特征参数子向量匹配比较,将非同构类产品模块的等效类模型、等价类模型进行了分类.对非同构类产品模块的等效类模型、等价类模型进行了差异性分析,建立了非同构类功能等效类分析模型和非同构类工艺等价类分析模型,这些模型可直接支持产品功能、结构及工艺的精确配置.利用高中压阀门产品数据对算法进行了验证.By using the classification algorithm,the consistency of function and process within the range of different scale parameter is analyzed.Based on match and comparison of the main feature parameter subvector,the equivalent class model and equivalence class model of non-isomorphic class product module are classified.The difference analysis is made on the equivalent class model and equivalence class model of nonisomorphic classes on product module.The analysis model of functional equivalent class of non-isomorphic class and analysis model of process equivalence class of non-isomorphic class are established.These models can directly support the precise configuration of function,structure and process of product.The methods of classification algorithm are verified by using the valve data.
