摘  要:应用型医药人才是医药企业转型和升级的骨干力量。通过剖析我国医药人才培养中的"点""线""面""核""场"等问题,依据"对分教育"理念,从核心素养、知识建构和创新实践三个方面构建适应我国国情的应用型医药人才培养模式。该模式以"凝聚合力,内化外显,源在基础,贵在创新"为原则,推动医药人才与产业发展融合,实现高水平应用型医药人才培养的目标。Applied pharmaceutical talents are the backbone of the transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical companies. By analyzing the problems of "point","line","face","core" and "field" in the cultivation of medical talents in China, according to the concept of "PAD education", from the aspects of core literacy, knowledge construction and innovation practice Construct a training model for applied medical talents that suits China’s national conditions. The model is based on the principle of "coagulation, internalization, source-based, and innovation" to promote the integration of pharmaceutical talents and industry development, and achieve the goal of training high-level applied medicine talents.
