摘  要:某展馆工程会展区采用空间大跨度桁架体系,在拆除某桁架的临时支撑时,发生上弦杆连接板断裂破坏事故。为探究工程事故发生原因,对发生破坏的桁架进行有限元计算分析,求出桁架的内力分布,对破坏节点进行承载力计算分析,结果表明,桁架破坏由节点设计不合理造成。根据工程特点,提出处理意见,重新进行节点设计,为类似工程提供技术参考。Spatial long-span truss system is adopted in the exhibition area of a certain exhibition hall,whose upper chord connection plates fractured when its temporary supports were being dismantled.In order to explore the cause of the engineering accident,the finite element analysis of the damaged truss is carried out,and the internal forces distribution of the truss is studied.The bearing capacity of the failure joints is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the failure of the truss is caused by the unreasonable design of the joints.According to the characteristics of the project,the treatment opinions are put forward,and the joints are redesigned,which provides technical reference for similar projects.
