易罐疗法结合本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法在中枢性面瘫治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:易罐疗法结合本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫的临床效果。方法:选取医院(2016年1月—2018年1月)实施康复治疗的140例卒中后中枢性面瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组各70例,两组均予以基础的康复治疗措施,对照组给予PNF治疗,联合组给予易罐疗法结合PNF治疗,对比两组的临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者的Portmann评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2周、4周,两组患者的Portmann评分较治疗前均显著的提高(P<0.05),联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血清SOD、LPO、IgG、IgM值差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周,两组患者的血清SOD较治疗前均显著的提高(P<0.05),LPO、IgG、IgM值较治疗前显著的降低(P<0.05);治疗4周后,联合组血清SOD高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组的LPO、IgG、IgM低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后4周,联合组患者的MHBN分级显著的优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:易罐疗法结合PNF治疗脑卒中后中枢性面瘫效果优于单用PNF,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:Convenient can therapy combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular propulsion therapy(PNF)for the clinical effect of central facial paralysis after stroke.Methods:Four hundred and four patients with central facial paralysis after stroke in our hospital(2016.1-2018.1)were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group of 70 patients.Both groups were given basic rehabilitation measures.The control group was given PNF treatment,combination group was given canning therapy combined with PNF treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the difference of Portmann scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the Portmann scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).Higher than the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,serum SOD,LPO,IgG,IgM values were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05);at 4 weeks after treatment,serum SOD was higher in both groups.Significantly increased before treatment(P<0.05),LPO,IgG,and IgM values were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,serum SOD was higher in the combined group than in the control group(P<0.05).The LPO,IgG,and IgM in the group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);at 4 weeks after treatment,the MHBN grade in the combined group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Canal therapy combined with PNF is superior to PNF alone in the treatment of central facial paralysis after stroke,which has important clinical application value.
