摘 要:为了加强薄板空心零件的刚度,提高其整体承载能力,需要在不同的部位成形外凸或内凹的筋,圆筒形零件的筒壁成形环形筋,工艺容易实现,但在方盒形件的侧壁成形连续的环形筋时,由于有4个转角,压筋工艺的实现难度较大。经过分析比较了几种成形工艺方案,提出了仿形增量成形方法,成功应用于面包片烤炉机主壳的成形中,提高了零件成形质量,取得了良好的效果。In order to strengthen the rigidity of thin-walled hollow parts and improve the overall supporting capacity, it was necessary to form some convex or concave ribs at different locations. It’s easy to process the annular rib on the wall of the cylinder part, but difficult to press the continuous annular rib on the side wall of rectangle box part due to the four corners. After analyzing and comparing several forming process schemes, the incremental profiling method was proposed. It was successfully applied to the forming of the toaster cover, which improved the forming quality of the parts and achieved good results.
