摘 要:为了提高伺服压力机三角肘杆式工作机构的机械利益,基于ADAMS软件,提出一种定性-定量设计方案,优化三角肘杆式工作机构。首先,对工作机构进行简化分解分析,提出若干定性的设计建议,以快速获得工作机构的基本结构构型、设计参数初始值与边界值。然后,在ADAMS软件中建立参数化虚拟样机和优化模型,并进行求解计算获得优化值。最后,根据已知尺度和优化值,对优化前后的工作机构进行仿真计算和性能分析。结果表明,优化设计后的三角肘杆式工作机构具有更优良的运动特性和增力特性,验证了定性-定量设计方案的可行性。In order to enhance the mechanical advantage of triangle toggle working mechanism for servo presses,a qualitative and quantitative design scheme was proposed to optimize the triangle toggle working mechanism based on software ADAMS.First,a simplified decomposition analysis of the working mechanism was conducted,and some suggestions for qualitative design were made to quickly obtain basic structure configuration,initial values and boundary values of the design parameters.Then,a parameterized virtual prototype model and an optimal design model were built based on software ADAMS,and the optimal values were obtained by solving calculation.Finally,according to the known sizes and optimal values,simulation calculations and performance analysis for the working mechanism before and after optimization were conducted.The results show that the working mechanism after optimization has better kinematic characteristic and force-enlarging characteristic,and the qualitative and quantitative design scheme is validated as feasible.
