摘　　要：乡村振兴的关键在于人才振兴。"新乡贤"作为一支德才兼备的贤能人士队伍,对乡村人才振兴来说无疑具有重要意义。破解"新乡贤从哪里来"这一人才流入难题,需要从政府、社会、文化、乡村等多个维度形成合力,打通"人才下乡"的立体化通道,使新乡贤"回得来"、"留得住"、"干得好"。L市G区在这方面的探索富有成效,通过实施新乡贤文化建设助力乡村振兴工程,成为江苏省乃至全国的一个典型。然而,在新乡贤下乡的人才激励、人才安居、人才保障等一些关键问题上依然面临瓶颈约束。对此,需要进一步优化新乡贤人才政策扶持机制,构建新乡贤人才孵化机制,创新新乡贤人才使用机制,型塑新乡贤人才涵育机制,真正使新乡贤成为助力乡村振兴的一支强劲力量。Talents revitalization is the key to rural revitalization. As a typical team of talented people with both ability and political integrity,"new rural talents" are undoubtedly of great significance to the revitalization of rural talents.It needs to form a joint force from the local government, society, culture and rural areas to make new rural talents influx into rural areas. The G district in L city of northern Jiangsu province has been a good example through carrying out the construction of new rural talents culture to promote rural revitalization. However, it also faces many obstacles in many key issues. Therefore, it needs to form the necessary policy talents support mechanism,build the brooding mechanism of talents, innovate the use mechanism of new rural talents and create the cultivation mechanism to make new rural talents influx into the countryside, so as to truly make new rural talents be a powerful force for rural revitalization.
