摘　　要：关注社交媒体存档技术的发展现状,归纳其模式与特征,能够为国内相关研究提供借鉴。以信息管理过程为导向,利用系统分析法与对比分析法对社交媒体存档技术研究文献进行分析与梳理。通过对社交媒体存档中的"信息采集""信息保存""信息组织与检索""信息质量控制"以及"信息分析与挖掘"五个主题内的文献进行研究。最后,对社交媒体存档技术研究的基本特征进行了界定,认为社交媒体存档技术研究在未来需要"关注研究中主客体的变化""推进标准化进程"与"增强研究实用性"。In order to provide some reference to related research in China, this paper tries to find the modes and characteristics about Social Media archiving. Based on the perspective of information management process, this paper tries to analyze the literature in the Social Media archiving technology field by means of system analysis and comparative analysis. According to the content, the literature is divided into five topics which are information collection, information preservation, information quality control, information organization and retrieval, and information analysis and mining of Social Media. This paper draws a conclusion about the characteristics of the Social Media archiving technology research and suggests that related research need to pay attention to the changing of subject and object, the standard both in technology and management, and the practicability of research in this field.
