摘　　要：科技巨变时代下,知识创造、传播和利用环境的变革为图书馆发展带来强大推力和巨大压力,新时代的图书馆该如何定位与发展是当前必须研究的前沿理论课题。十九大报告提出创新发展位于五大发展理念之首,创新处于中国发展全局的核心位置,驱动社会创新理应成为新时期中国图书馆改革的目标方向。因此,研究提出图书馆的创新孵化器功能是图书馆与创新驱动社会间的共生关系,是被长期忽视的图书馆终极价值所在,是指导新时期图书馆改革发展新的理论基础。研究围绕论证图书馆创新孵化器功能的提出可行性展开,首先从文献学角度梳理国内外相关研究进展,为概念提出寻求文献基础,再从关联逻辑角度剖析核心概念的内涵一致性,论证创新与图书馆服务间的天然共性,最后提出了该功能的概念内涵、架构体系及运行机制。Technology revolution makes the environment of knowledge creation,dissemination and use change,which brings huge thrust and pressure for the development of libraries,and how to deal with the changes for libraries becomes an urgent cutting-edge theory problem.Report of the Ninth Congress of the Communist Party of China had indicated that innovative development is the primary principle and innovation should be put in the core role in China’s development.Library should change its revolution goal to serve for the society innovation.Thus,the author puts forward that library’s innovation incubator function is the symbiotic relationship between libraries and innovation-driven society,and will be the guide theory for library’s service reform.The purpose is to identify the feasibility of library innovation incubator function.Initially,it reviews the related literature which supports philological basis for the concept construction.Then,the author demonstrates the natural commonality between the connotation of innovation and library service from the perspective of relevance logic.Finally,it puts forward the concept connotation,architecture system and operation mechanism.
