摘　　要：图书馆馆藏质量控制的关键在于构建馆藏质量控制机制体系。馆藏质量控制机制体系是由控制主体、控制目标、控制过程和控制机制等要素组成的复杂系统。馆藏质量控制机制体系的功能发挥如何,在于每个控制要素的职能耦合情况。馆藏质量控制机制体系构建的作用,主要有明确控制体系的总目标;明确各控制机制的职能;明确控制主体人员构成;强调民主决策、集体智慧、合力作用;强调工作程序化、标准化等。发挥政府的主导作用,发挥馆长的核心作用,提高全员质量意识、专业技能,在行动中完善等,是实现馆藏质量控制机制体系构建的主要对策。The key of library collection quality control is to construct the mechanism system of library collection quality control. Collection quality control mechanism system is a complex system composed of control subject,control object,control process and control mechanism. How the collection quality control system functions depends on the functional coupling of each control element. The role of the collection quality control mechanism system is mainly to clarify the overall objectives of the control system,to clarify the functions of each control mechanism,to clarify the composition of the main control personnel,to emphasize democratic decision-making,collective intelligence,and synergy,to emphasize work process,standardization,etc. Giving play to the leading role of the government, giving play to the core role of the curator,improving the quality awareness and professional skills of all staff, and perfecting in action are the main countermeasures for realizing the construction of the quality control mechanism system of the collection.
