摘  要:目的探讨α-硫辛酸联合丁苯酞在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用效果及对血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、C肽(CP)水平的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2018年1月晋中市第一人民医院收治的100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。对照组给予α-硫辛酸治疗,研究组给予α-硫辛酸联合丁苯酞治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、神经传导速度[运动神经传导速度(MCV)及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)]、血清NSE、CP水平及主要症状发生情况。结果研究组治疗有效率(96.0%)高于对照组(80.0%),P<0.05。治疗后,两组MCV、SCV均升高(P<0.05),且研究组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组NSE水平均降低(P<0.05),CP水平均升高(P<0.05),且研究组变化程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(52.0%)低于对照组(80.0%),P<0.05。结论α-硫辛酸联合丁苯酞治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,能有效改善患者神经功能和血清NSE、CP水平,具有较高的临床使用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of α-lipoic acid combined with butylphthalide on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and its influence on levels of serum neuron-specific enolase (NSE) and C-peptide (CP). Methods A total of 100 patients with DPN who were hospitalized in the First People’s Hospital of Jinzhong from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group (n=50) and study group (n=50), according to random number table method. Patients in control group were treated with α-lipoic acid, while patients in study group were treated with α-lipoic acid combined with butylphthalide. The therapeutic effects, nerve conduction velocity including motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV), serum NSE and CP levels and incidence of major symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in study group (96.0%) was significantly higher than that in control group (80.0%), P<0.05. After treatment, the MCV and SCV of both groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the increase in study group was greater than that in control group (P<0.05). The NSE levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05), while the CP levels were significantly increased in the two groups (P<0.05), and change in study group was more significant than that in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of major symptoms in study group (52.0%) was significantly lower than that in control group (80.0%), P<0.05. Conclusions α-lipoic acid combined with butylphthalide is effective in the treatment of DPN. It can effectively improve the neurological function and serum NSE and CP levels, which has great value in clinical.
