摘　　要：恶性肿瘤相关性抑郁的病因病机为肝郁气滞、痰气郁结、脏腑亏虚、本虚标实。临床多治以疏肝解郁、消痰化积、健脾益肾等法为主。常用治法有中药治疗,如柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤、加味逍遥颗粒等;针灸治疗,包括体针、耳针、熏蒸、艾灸、埋线、按摩;再综合其他疗法,如五行五音、心理干预等,以改善患者临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。In the past ten years, a comprehensive clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine on malignant tumor-related depression has revealed that the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumor-related depression is commonly associated with liver qi stagnation, hernia stagnation, visceral deficiencies, and virtual deficiency. The clinical therapy is mainly based on dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses and invigorating spleen and kidney. Commonly used treatments include traditional Chinese medicine, such as Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction, Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules, etc. Moreover, acupuncture treatment includes body acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, fumigation, moxibustion, embedding and massage. And other comprehensive therapies were also adopted such as five elements and five sounds, psychological intervention and so on, to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
