摘　　要：目的:研究对比VSD技术及常规护理对难治性压疮创面的护理效果.方法:选取在我院接受治疗的难治性压疮创面患者18例,采用随机分组的方式将所有患者分为两组各9例,对照组患者接受常规治疗和传统的护理方式,观察组患者接受VSD技术和常规护理方式.结果:观察组患者的创面愈合率优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的创面完全愈合时间、换药次数,与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员的工作满意度高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:对难治性压疮创面患者实施VSD技术和常规护理,可以有效促进患者创面的愈合,值得推广应用.Objective To study the nursing effect of VSD technology and routine nursing on refractory pressure ulcer wounds.Methods Eighteen patients with refractory pressure ulcer wounds were treated in our hospital.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment and traditional nursing methods.The observation group received the patients.VSD technology and routine care are used for care.Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The wound healing time and the number of dressing changes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Job satisfaction was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion VSD technology and routine nursing for patients with refractory pressure ulcer wounds can effectively promote the healing of wounds in patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
