摘　　要：目的:对药剂科管理对抗菌药物合理应用的影响进行分析.方法:选取自贡市第四医院2018年5月-10月90例处方作为观察组,另选取同期90例处方作为对照组.对照组采用常规给药,观察组采用药剂科管理模式,对比两组药物的应用情况.结果:观察组抗菌药物合理应用率高于对照组,溶媒不当、用药周期过长、超适应症、联合用药不当、剂量不当发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组抗菌药使用品种、给药天数、药物费用均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论:药剂科管理能有效保证抗菌药物使用的合理性,降低不合理用药的发生率,保证用药的安全,同时有利于缓解患者的经济压力,值得推广应用.Objective To analyze the effect of pharmacy management on rational application of antibacterial drugs.Methods Selecting 90 prescriptions from May to October 2018 in the Fourth Hospital of Zigong City as the observation group,and selecting 90 prescriptions as the control group during the same period.The control group received conventional administration,and the observation group used the pharmacy management mode to compare the application of the two groups of drugs.Results The observation group of antimicrobial agents reasonable utility ratio is higher than the control group,solvent,the long cycle of medication,super indications,combined drug use,improper dosage rates are lower than the control group,P<0.05;In the observation group,the variety of antimicrobial drugs,the number of days of administration and the cost of drugs were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The management of pharmacy department can effectively guarantee the rationality of drug use,reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,and ensure the safety of the drug,can reduce the pressure on the patient's economy at the same time,is worthy of popularization and application.
