摘 要:目的:探讨益生菌对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血糖控制和炎症因子的影响.方法102例确诊Ⅱ型糖尿病患者按照随机原则分为两组益生菌组(n=53)和对照组(n=49);益生菌组每日在常规糖尿病治疗基础上加用益生菌制剂,实验室检测果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖,并ELISA法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、脂联素的水平.结果:益生菌组的FMN、GLU的情况经干预后均好于对照组,Hbh1c也优于对照组,益生菌组经干预后TNF-α血清浓度显著下降,而脂联素血清浓度显著高于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:益生菌补充治疗有助于血糖控制情况的好转.Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics on blood glucose control and inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 102 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups:probiotic group(n=53)and control group(n=49).Probiotics group was treated with probiotics daily on the basis of routine diabetes treatment Fructosamine,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose were measured in laboratory and serum levels of tumor necrosis fectnr-a and adiponectin were detected by ELISA method.Results The FMN.GLU of probiotics group was better than that of control group after intervention,and HbAlc was better than control group.Probiotics group had better TNF after intervention.The serum-a concentration decreased significantly,while adiponectin serum concentration was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotic supplementation therapy is helpful to improve blood glucose control.
