略论清末民初流亡日本的报人王津  

Research on Newspaperman Wang Jin in Exile in Japan in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic of China

摘　　要：碍于原始资料匮乏,在流亡日本的早期报人中,王津始终没有受到新闻史学界关注。该论依据日本外交史料馆文书以及日本电报通信社《新闻总览》,对王津的基本情况进行了考证,确认王津是《日华新报》主编,而夏重民只是该报编辑,并对照《苏州明报》"余二十三年日支亲善的苦心谈"(木田月子)一文,证实王津就是清末民初著名报人王薇伯(又名王荫藩),又据《苏州市志·人物传》及《中国国民党百年人物全书》补齐王津的生卒年份。Due to lack of primary sources of information,among the early stage of newspapermen in exile in Japan,Wang Jin has never been given any attention in the circle of Journalism History.This paper has made a textual research on the basic situation of Wang Jin,based on the documents of the Japanese diplomatic history museum and the Newspaper Overview which is pressed by Japanese telegraph communication agency,which verified that Wang Jin is the chief editor of The Nikkzva Shimpo,while Xia Zhongmin is only an editor of the newspaper.Referring to the serial articles"My Painstaking Talk About 23 Years of Chinese and Japanese Goodwill"(written by Kita Tsukiko)on Soochow Ming Pao,it can be confirmed that Wang Jin was the famous journalist Wang Weibo(also known as Wang Yinfan)in late the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.According to The Biography of Local Chronicles of Suzhou,and The Hundred Years of The Chinese Kuomintang,the year of birth and death of Wang Jin was added.
