新型羊绒/水溶性维纶纱线在机绣中的创新应用

摘　　要：以数码针织与机绣实践为基础,从纱线生产的纤维原料、加工工艺以及新型纱线应用3个方面入手,开发出2款新型针织纱线,即羊绒/水溶性维纶半精纺高支纱和羊绒/水溶性维纶长丝包缠纱,并将其应用范围扩大到机绣生产领域。该机绣产品不仅外观独特,且质地柔软、蓬松、舒适,推动了新材料、新技术在交叉领域的创新应用。文章探索纱线应用的技术革新和纺织产品的创新之路,提出"纵向溯源,横向拓展,创新驱动,交叉应用"的纺织产品研发新思路。Based on the digital knitting and embroidery in practice,two kind of knitting yarns were developed from material,processing technology and applications,which were cashmere/PVA semi-worsted high count yarn and cashmere/PVA filament wrapped yarn,and its application scopes were expanded to the field of machine embroidery.The product not only has a unique appearance,but also has a soft,fluffy and comfortable texture,which promotes the innovative applications of new materials and new technologies in the cross field.The new ideas of′longitudinal trace,horizontal expand,innovated drive,crossing applications′were summarized in this paper,and the technological innovations of yarn applications and the textile products were explored.
