摘　　要：针对东北地区电力业务特点及骨干传输网现状,在充分利用现有光缆、设备的基础上,提出了省际骨干传输网、省级和地市骨干传输网规划原则。东北地区省际骨干传输网以特高压和500kV光缆为骨干,采用双网建设,构建跨省"田"字型网络拓扑结构,骨干网带宽为10Gbit/s。省级骨干传输网以220kV/500kV光缆为骨干,采用双环网建设,骨干网带宽为10Gbit/s。地市骨干网作为省级骨干网的接入网,以66kV/220kV光缆为骨干,选取地市公司及第二汇聚节点作为省级骨干网和地市骨干网的互联节点,互联带宽为10Gbit/s。地市骨干网重要站点设备双重化配置,实现66kV/220KV变电站的全覆盖。According to the power business and the current status of backbone transmission network in northeast China,the planning principles of interprovincial backbone transmission network , provincial and municipal backbone transmission network are formulated on the basis of making full use of existing equipment. Northeast interprovincial backbone transmission network uses UHV and 500 kV optical cables as their backbones? adopts double-network construction, constructs interprovincial "Tian" shape in the Chinese word as the network topology, and the back bone network bandwidth is 10 Gbit/s. The provincial backbone transmission network uses 220 kV/500 kV optical fiber cable as the backbone? adopts double-loop network construction, and the backbone network band width is 10 Gbit/s. The muni-cipal backbone network is the access network as the provincial backbone network, with 66 kV/ 220 kV optical cable as the backbone, and the municipal company and the second aggregation node are selected as the interconnection nodes of the provincial and the municipal backbone network? with the interconnection bandwidth of 10 Gbit/s. The equipment of the key stations of the municipal backbone network is configured in a double way to realize the full co-verage of 66 kV 220 kV substations.
