摘 要:以铜取代杂多酸盐α-SiW_(11)Cu为活性组分,制备了α-SiW_(11)Cu/聚苯胺(PANI)/ZnO三元复合催化剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜表征了其结构,并以模拟污染物孔雀石绿的光催化降解评价了α-SiW_(11)Cu/PANI/ZnO的光催化性能。结果表明:在30W紫外灯照射下,当孔雀石绿溶液pH=3,孔雀石绿初始质量浓度为10mg/L,复合催化剂投加量为20mg/L,照射时间为200min时,脱色率可达83.78%。光催化降解孔雀石绿过程符合一级动力学方程,一级方程表观反应速率常数为0.00917min^(-1)。The ternary composite catalystα-SiW11Cu/PANI/ZnO was prepared and characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis,XRD and SEM.The photocatalytic degradation of malachite green was selected as probe to evaluate the enhanced photocatalytic activity of as-synthesizedα-SiW11 Cu/PANI/ZnO.Experimental results showed that the decoloration efficiency of malachite green was achieved 83.78%when 10mg/L of malachite green containing simulated solution at pH 3was treated by 30Wultraviolet light with 20mg/L ofα-SiW11Cu/PANI/ZnO as catalyst.The kinetics of photodegradation of malachite green was satisfied by the pseudo-first-order equation,with a constant at 0.00917min^-1.
