摘　　要：Fan Yongzhen(left),a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress(NPC),China’s top legislature,visits an embroidery of Yunnan style workshop in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County,southwest China’s Yunnan Province,on February 13.Before this year’s NPC session opened in Beijing on March 5,lawmakers made extensive consultations with people from all walks of life to hear their demands and suggestions on state affairs.
