摘  要:简要介绍了高炉上料系统设备磨损的基本原理及其影响的因素、耐磨钢板与堆焊技术、高铬合金复合耐磨钢的工艺特点,分析磨损机理及各生产状况对耐磨材料的使用适应性,分别在高炉上料输送系统进行应用。The basic principles for the wearing of blast furnace feeding system equipments and influence factors , the wear-resistant steel plates and deposit welding technology , and the process characteristics of high-chromium-alloy composite wear-resistant steels, were briefly introduced in the paper, and the wear mechanism and the adaptability of various production conditions to wear-resistant materials were analyzed ,and these were respectively applied in the transmission system of blast furnace.
