摘 要:在深入分析消失模铸造特点以及Flow-3D在消失模铸造仿真数学模型不足的基础之上,重建影响其传热系数的温度、压力以及负压等数学模型,运用Fortran语言编写软件代码,通过Visual Studio 2008开发环境编译连接生成可执行的程序。然后利用开发出的程序进行消失模铸造仿真模拟。将仿真结果与试验情况进行对比,结果表明,基于Flow-3D的消失模铸造仿真模型开发是可行的。Based on the deep analysis of the characteristics of lost foam casting and Flow-3D,the temperature,pressure and negative pressure mathematical models affecting the heat transfer coefficient were reconstructed on the basis of the deficiency of the simulation model.Fortran language was used to write the software code and visual studio 2008 development environment compiled link to generate executable programs.The developed 3D model was used to simulate the lost foam casting.The simulated results were compared with the experimental ones.The results show that the developed simulation model of the lost foam casting based on Flow-3 Dis feasible and instructive to practical production.
