摘　　要：以107胶(端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷)、PEG600和MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)半预聚体为原料,硫酸钙晶须、玻璃鳞片、炭黑和气相白炭黑等为填料制成基胶;以甲基三甲氧基硅烷和KH-550(γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)为硅烷偶联改性剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,制备了含硅聚氨酯胶粘剂,并着重探讨了KH-550用量对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:当w(KH-550)=2.5%(相对于基胶质量而言)时,胶粘剂具有适宜的力学性能和优异的耐热性、耐酸性,性能满足火电厂脱硫烟囱内衬防腐材料的要求。The base glue was prepared by using 107 glue(hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane),PEG600 and MDI(diphenylmethane diisocyanate)quasi-prepolymer as raw materials,and using calcium sulphatewhisker,glass flake,carbon black and fumed silica as fillers.Then the silicone containing polyurethane adhesivewas synthesized by serving methyltrimethoxysilane and KH-550(γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane)as modifier,anddibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst.The influence of KH-550 dosage to the properties of adhesive was emphaticallyinvestigated.The research results showed that the adhesive had suitable mechanical properties,excellent heat andacid resistance when the dosage of KH-550 was 2.5%of base glue mass,which could meet the requirements ofanticorrosive materials applied into the desulphurization chimney lining of power plant.
