摘  要:目的通过建立大强度运动模型,探讨黄精多糖对大鼠外周血CK、BUN、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法实验大鼠30只,按体重随机分为安静组、运动组、运动给药组,每组10只。运动给药组小鼠灌服剂量为100g/Kg/d黄精多糖溶液,其他两小组按质量灌服相应体积的生理盐水。运动训练组、运动给药组进行为期9周的大强度跑台训练。测定各组大鼠外周血CK、BUN、 IgG、IgA、IgM、 CD^+_3、CD^+_4、CD^+_8、CD^+_4/CD^+_8。结果运动组与安静组相比,CK、BUN升高(P<0.01),CD^+_3、CD^+_4、CD^+_4/CD^+_8、 IgG、IgA、IgM降低(P<0.01)。运动给药组与运动组相比,CK、BUN降低(P<0.01),CD^+_3、CD^+_4、CD^+_8、CD^+_4/CD^+_8、 IgG、IgA、IgM升高(P<0.01)。结论黄精多糖能抑制大强度运动导致的血中CK含量的升高,延缓运动疲劳的发生,提升机体体液免疫和细胞免疫的功能。Objective To discuss the effects of polygonatum polysaccharide on peripheral blood creatine kinase,urea nitrogen,T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin on the basis of building up a high-intensity exercise model.Methods 30 experimental rats were assigned by weights and randomized into sedentary control group,trained group,dosage plus trained group,which contain 10 rats respectively.Then dosage-given exercise rats were fed with polygonatum polysaccharide solution with the dosages of 100 g/Kg/d,meanwhile,the other two groups were given the same amount physiological saline solution.Except for the sedentary control group,rats from trained group and dosage plus trained group were carried out the high intensity running within the period of 9 weeks to detect the index of peripheral CK,BUN,IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+.Results compared trained group with sedentary control group,CK and BUN were significantly increased(P<0.01),CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and there is no significant difference in the aspect of CD+8;compared dosage plus trained group with trained group,CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA and IgM were significantly increased(P<0.01),and there is no obvious change in CD+8.Conclusion Polygonatum polysaccharide can maintain the normal physiological functioning of cells,delay the occurrence of exercise fatigue and enhance the function of humoral immunity and cellular immunity.
