摘　　要：目的:通过建立非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中医证候诊断量表,为中医辨证分型提供理论依据,指导非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗。方法:通过检索NSCLC中医证候学和症状学的相关文献,以及临床患者访谈,初步确定NSCLC中医证候诊断量表条目池,根据专家、患者对各条目的重要性评价结果,确定条目。选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院、河南省肿瘤医院正在接受治疗的NSCLC患者进行调查,经统计分析后,得出中医证候量表。结果:通过对条目池筛选及专家、患者的评价,初步确定23个条目,制定NSCLC中医证候诊断量表。结论:本研究建立的NSCLC中医证候诊断量表具有良好的信效度,为治疗方案和指导临床用药提供了依据。Objective:To provide theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation,and guide the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)through the establishment of NSCLC TCM syndrome diagnosis scale.Methods:By searching the relevant literature of TCM syndromes and symptoms of NSCLC and interviewing clinical patients,the item pool of TCM syndromes diagnosis scale of NSCLC was preliminarily determined.According to the evaluation results of experts and patients on the importance of each item,the item pool was determined.The NSCLC patients who were being treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan Cancer Hospital were investigated.After statistical analysis,the TCM Syndrome Scale was obtained.Results:Through item pool screening and evaluation of experts and patients,23 items were initially identified and NSCLC TCM syndrome diagnosis scale was developed.Conclusion:The NSCLC TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Scale established in this study has good reliability and validity,which provides a basis for the treatment plan and guidance of clinical medication.
