摘　　要：隔药灸脐疗法是将穴位、药物以及隔物灸法三者有机结合在一起,利用神阙穴对药物的药性放大作用,将具有温中、健脾、化湿、退黄的附子、干姜、茯苓、茵陈等药物,放置在肚脐中,配合艾灸的红外透射作用,共同起到扶正温阳、健脾化湿退黄的功效,与传统医学上治疗阴黄的原则不谋而合。操作时应注意:面圈调和,干稀适度;治疗期间,询问观察;注意温度,防风保暖;点燃艾绒,掌握技巧。其应用特色体现在:利用肚脐(神阙穴)本身的穴位特殊作用,利用药物的药理作用,艾的药理作用与艾灸物理作用协同起效,皮肤给药代替传统口服汤药,隔物灸的持续性温热效应更有助于药物吸收。Medicine-separated moxibustion umbilical cord therapy is an organic combination of acupoints,medicines and medicineseparated moxibustion.It uses Shenque(CV 8)to magnify the pharmacological properties of medicines by placing Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata),Ganjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis),Fuling(Poria),Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae Scopariae),etc.which have the functions of warming the middle jiao,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness and jaundice,into in the belly umbilicus,together with the infrared transmission effect of moxibustion,to strengthen yang,invigorate the spleen and remove dampness and jaundice.This coincides with the principle of treating yin jaundice in traditional medicine.Operations should pay attention to dough blending with moderate dry and sparse,inquiry and observation during treatment,proper temperature,windproof and warmth,mastering skills of lighting moxa.Its application features are as follows:using the special acupoint function of Shenque(CV 8),pharmacological action of medicine,synergistic effect of pharmacological action of moxa and physical effects of moxibustion,skin administration instead of traditional oral decoction,continuous warming effect of medicine-separated moxibustion are more conducive to drug absorption.
