摘　　要：针对除硝装置产生的问题,采用Aspen Plus软件对膜法除硝中的冷冻单元进行工艺模拟,并对NaCl-Na_2SO_4-H_2O三元体系下硫酸钠溶解曲线\冷冻单元预冷温度、结晶槽温度、循环冷却器最大温差、循环比进行计算,选择出适合的控制指标。The process of refrigeration unit of sulfate removal by membrane method was simulated by Aspen Plus software.The dissolution curve of sodium sulfate in NaCl-Na2SO4-H2O ternary system,the pre-cooling temperature of refrigeration unit,the temperature of crystallization tank,the maximum temperature difference of circulating cooler and the cycle ratio were calculated,and the suitable control index was selected.
