摘　　要：叶柏认为老年人功能性便秘以阴阳两虚为主,法当益其火,壮其水,则阴凝自化,泾渭自通,常用增液汤合济川煎加减为主方治疗一方面健脾以散精,另一方面宣肺以润肠。叶老师常在主方基础上加用枳术丸,枳实破气消积,化痰除痞,与补气健脾之白术相配伍,消补兼施,以健脾运脾,行气导滞。Ye Bai believes that functional constipation in the elderly is mainly due to deficiency of both yin and yang.The treatment should focus on benefit its fire and strengthen its fluid,then yin coagulation will become self-contained and each meridian will become self-communicating.Humor-Increasing Decoction combined with Modified Fluid-Replenishing Decoction is often used not only for strengthening spleen and dispersing essence,but also dispersing lung-qi and moistening intestine.Teacher Ye often adds Immature Bitter Orange and Atractylodes Macrocephala Pill on the basis of the main prescription.Zhishi(Immature Bitter Orange)can break qi and eliminate accumulation,resolve phlegm and remove mass at the right hypochondrium,while Baizhu(Atractylodes Macrocephala)can supplement qi and invigorate spleen.They are used together to both remove and supplement to invigorate the spleen and promote qi stagnation.
