摘 要:目的:观察头针结合艾灸对大脑缺血缺氧幼鼠基因蛋白神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)及脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)表达的影响。方法:选取造模成功的120只幼鼠为研究对象,随机分为空白对照组、头针组、艾灸组、头针结合艾灸组,每组各40只。空白对照组不予以任何治疗,头针组给予头针治疗,艾灸组给予艾灸治疗,头针结合艾灸组给予头针结合艾灸治疗。结果:造模后头针结合艾灸组NGF、BDNF水平高于头针组、艾灸组、空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);头针组、艾灸组NGF、BDNF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。造模后头针结合艾灸组反应时间短于头针组、艾灸组、空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);头针组、艾灸组反应时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:头针结合艾灸可有效上调幼鼠海马区缺血缺氧脑组织中NGF、BDNF基因蛋白水平的表达。Objective:To observe the influence of scalp acupuncture in combination with moxibustion on the expression of gene proteins nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in young rats with cerebral ischemia-hypoxia injury.Methods:A total of 120 young rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the scalp acupuncture group,the moxibustion group,the scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion group,with 40 rats in each group.The blank control group was not given any treatment,the scalp acupuncture group was given scalp acupuncture treatment,the moxibustion group was given moxibustion treatment,and the scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was given scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment.Results:After successful modeling,the levels of NGF and BDNF in the scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion group were higher than those in the scalp acupuncture group,the moxibustion group and blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of NGF and BDNF between the scalp acupuncture group and the moxibustion group(P>0.05).After successful modeling,the reaction time of the scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was shorter than that of the scalp acupuncture group,the moxibustion group and blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in reaction time between the scalp acupuncture group and the moxibustion group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion can effectively up-regulate the expression of NGF and BDNF gene protein in hippocampal ischemic and hypoxic brain tissue of young rats.
