痰热清注射液致不良反应38例系统分析

摘　　要：目的:对38例痰热清注射液不良反应的个例文献进行分析,探讨其引起不良反应的原因和规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以"痰热清注射液""不良反应"为关键词,检索2010—2018年中国期刊全文数据库,万方数据库(万方)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)等数据库中,关于痰热清注射液不良反应的个例文献报道共计38例,对其进行统计与分析。结果:痰热清注射液所致不良反应的发生率与性别无显著关系;多发生于年龄≤10岁的儿童;痰热清注射液所致不良反应累及系统以呼吸系统居多,其临床表现为呼吸困难、气短、气促;其次累及的系统为皮肤及其附件,临床表现为皮疹、瘙痒、丘疹、潮红。结论:临床在使用痰热清注射液时,应严格按照其功能主治选择适宜人群,按说明书要求选择溶媒,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To analyze the literature of 38 cases of adverse reactions to Phlegm-Clearing Injection,to explore the causes and rules of adverse reactions,so as to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods:With the keywords of"PhlegmClearing"and"adverse reactions",we searched the full-text database of Chinese journals from 2010 to 2018,and found out 38 articles on adverse reactions to Phlegm-Clearing Injection.Then we made statistics and analysis of the above 38 articles.Results:The incidence of ADR caused by Phlegm-Clearing Injection was not significantly related to gender;it mostly occurred in children under 10 years old;the involvement system of ADR caused by Phlegm-Clearing Injection was mainly respiratory system,and its clinical manifestations were dyspnea,shortness of breath and shortness of breath;the next involved system was skin and its accessories,and its clinical manifestations were rash,pruritus,papules and flushing.Conclusion:When using Phlegm-Clearing Injection in clinic,we should select the suitable population according to its function and indications,select the solvent according to the instructions in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
