穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年8月至2017年10月在本院治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗(补液、维持电解质酸碱平衡、口服药物、并发症的对症处理等),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予止泻散穴位贴敷神阙穴治疗。结果:第3天及第6天大便次数及腹泻持续时间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组有效率为95. 0%,对照组有效率为75. 0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组发热缓解时间、呕吐缓解时间及大便恢复正常时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:穴位贴敷神阙穴可明显改善轮状病毒肠炎患儿临床症状,缩短病程,减少患儿痛苦。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application therapy on Shenque(RN 8)on rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods:Eighty children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine(rehydration,maintenance of electrolyte acid-base balance,oral medicine,symptomatic treatment of complications,etc.).The treatment group was treated with Diarrhea-Stopping Powder for acupoint sticking on Shenque point on the basis of the control group.Results:In terms of stool frequency and diarrhea duration on the 3 rd and 6 th day,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the differences between them had statistical significance(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 75.0%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The fever alleviation time,vomiting alleviation time and stool recovery time of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application therapy on Shenque(RN 8)can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of disease and reduce the pain of children with rotavirus enteritis.
