摘　　要：中医可有效改善心功能、稳定病情,提高心力衰竭患者生活质量,被广泛应用于心力衰竭的治疗中,但是也存在一些问题。第一,心力衰竭的辨证分型尚未有统一的标准,使研究成果的广泛运用受到影响;第二,对心力衰竭的治疗缺乏量化的统一评价标准,寻求统一的标准可使未来的研究更加规范化;第三,临床研究缺乏远期的疗效观察,中医药在治疗心力衰竭上的远期效果尚不明确;第四,临床试验样本量较小,研究结果容易产生偏差,研究结果的准确性有待考证;第五,心力衰竭研究成果大多停留在动物实验层面,临床开展仍然存在一些问题。因此,在今后的研究中,需要规范化、标准化、大样本的临床以及实验研究。In recent years,with the development of TCM and the affirmation of the concept of evidence-based medicine,TCM has been continuously exploring in the treatment of heart failure,and has been fully affirmed in the efficacy of animal experiments and clinical research.TCM has been widely used in the treatment of heart failure for its advantages of small side effects,improving heart function,stabilizing the condition and improving the quality of life.But there are also some problems that need to be solved urgently.First,the syndrome differentiation and typing of heart failure have not yet been unified,which has affected the extensive use of research results.Second,there has been the lack of quantitative unified evaluation criteria for the treatment of heart failure,seeking unified criteria can make future research more standardized.Third,clinical research lacks long-term efficacy observation,and the long-term effect of TCM in the treatment of heart failure can not be achieved.Fourthly,because of the small sample size of clinical trials,the research results are prone to deviation,and the accuracy of the research results needs to be verified.Fifthly,many of the research results of heart failure only stay at the level of animal experiments,and there are still problems in clinical development.Therefore,in future research,it is necessary to standardize,and carry out large-scale clinical and experimental studies,strengthen the mechanism of effective drugs of TCM for heart failure,so as to further improve the understanding and clinical efficacy of TCM for heart failure.
