摘　　要：为了满足玻璃后续其他工艺的要求,需要将玻璃板在线旋转90°,设计了玻璃在线旋转输送台,该设备主要由输送鶴道、旋转升降装置、正位装置、控制系统等组成,可实现玻璃在线旋转和输送,且结构简单、操作方便、精度高、成本低,在玻璃生产线和玻璃深加工机械领域广泛应用。In order to meet the requirements of other glass follow-up processes, the glass plate needs to be rotated 90°online, and the glass online rotation conveyor table is designed thereby. The equipment is mainly composed of conveyor roller, rotary lifting device, righting device and control system. With this equipment, glass can be rotated and transported online, with simple structure, convenient operation, high accuracy and low cost. It is widely used in glass production line and glass intensive processing machinery fields.
