摘　　要：在工程建设中,甲方、工程监理和工程质量监督站对工程都有监督的权利,但三者之间所处的位置、质量职责、关系不同,发挥的作用也不尽相同。对三者的监督权利、监督方式、监督优劣势分析表明,甲方和工程质量监督站具有明显的质量监督互补性,甲方可以补充工程监理和工程质量监督站的监督不足。甲方开展工程质量监督,为建设工程质量监督提供了新思路和新方法。In engineering construction, party A, engineering supervisor and engineering quality supervision station have the right to supervise the project, but they have different positions, quality responsibilities and relationships, and play different roles. The analysis of the supervision rights, methods, advantages and disadvantages of the three shows that party A and the engineering quality supervision station have obvious complementarity of quality supervision, and party A can supplement the insufficiency of the supervision of the engineering supervisor and the engineering quality supervision station. Party A carries out project quality supervision, which provides new ideas and methods for the quality supervision of construction projects.
