小儿推拿五指配属五脏的理论依据

摘　　要：在临床小儿推拿治疗中,通过推五指(即五经:脾经、肝经、心经、肺经及肾经)治疗相应的五脏疾病,疗效显著。综观古代相术、五行特性、八卦分区、经络循行、生物全息理论,都能一定程度上阐释五指配属五脏的原因,但归根结底都反映在中医学的整体观念上。整体观念是中医学关于人体自身完整性及人与自然社会环境统一性的认识,主要体现在两个方面:①人体是一个有机整体,构成人体的各个部分在结构上不可分割,功能上相互协调、互为补充,在病理上则相互影响;②人与环境的统一性,人体与自然界协调、统一、密不可分,人类在能动地适应自然和改造自然的过程中维持着正常的生命活动。中医学非常重视人体的统一性、完整性以及与自然界的协调性。通过推拿五指,经过经络气血的作用,就能相应地调节五脏的功能,使其所属的各有关脏腑气血流畅,人体机能得以恢复和增强。In the infantile massage clinical treatment,the treatment of the corresponding five zang viscera diseases by the massage of the five fingers(this is five channels,spleen channel,liver channel,heart channel,lung channel,kidney channel),the effect is significant.Looking at the ancient Xiangshu,five elements characteristics,Bagua division,channel circulation and bioholographic theory,we can explain to some extent the reason why five fingers belong to five zang viscera,but in the final analysis,they are all reflected in the holistic concept of Chinese medicine.The holistic concept is the understanding of Chinese medicine about the integrity of human body and the unity of human and natural social environment,which is mainly embodied in two aspects:①The human body is an organic whole,and the various parts of the human body are structurally inseparable,functionally coordinated and complementary,and interacting in pathology.②The unity of man and the environment,the human body and the natural world are coordinated,unified and inseparable.Human beings maintain normal life activities in the process of adapting to nature and transforming nature.Chinese medicine attaches great importance to the unity,integrity and coordination with the human body.Through the massage of the five fingers,through the role of the channel,qi and blood,the function of the five zang viscera can be adjusted accordingly,so that the relevant zang-fu viscera and blood are smooth,and the function of the human body can be restored and enhanced.
