章永红治疗乳腺癌内分泌综合征经验

摘　　要：在乳腺癌内分泌综合征发生、发展过程中,正气亏虚为其根本,肾精不足为其病机之核心,瘀毒内阻贯穿始末。章永红教授遵循辨病与辨证相结合的原则,从"正""邪"两方面出发,确立了以健脾益肾为主,化瘀解毒为辅的治疗原则。从内分泌综合征角度,治疗以健脾益气、补益肾精为主,而从乳腺癌脾虚之病机基础考虑,治疗以健脾为要,并于健脾益肾基础上辅以化瘀解毒之法,以达正复邪去,脏腑气血安和之效。In the process of the occurrence and development of breast cancer endocrine syndrome,Zheng Qi deficiency is the fundamental factor and Kidney Essence deficiency is the core of its pathogenesis.The Blood stasis internal resistance also exists during the process.Professor Zhang Yonghong follows the principle of combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.From the two aspects of "positive" and "evil" factors,he has established the principle of tonifying Spleen and Kidney supplementing with resolving Phlegm and detoxification method.From the perspective of endocrine syndrome,the treatment is mainly tonifying Spleen and Qi as well as replenishing the Kidney Essence.From the perspective of the pathogenesis of Spleen deficiency in case of breast cancer,tonifying Spleen should be the first principle in treatment supplementing with tonifying Kidney,resolving stasis and detoxification,so as to achieve the effect of good condition of Blood and Qi due to the coming of Zheng Qi and the going of the evil Qi.
