益气健脾祛湿解毒法治疗生殖道HR-HPV感染

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气健脾祛湿解毒法治疗生殖道高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high-risk human popilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法:将120例TCT检查为良性反应性改变而HPV为高危阳性的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组给予保妇康栓外用,观察组予解毒消瘤汤口服联合保妇康栓外用,连续治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者HPV阴转情况及中医临床症状积分变化。结果:两组治疗前后中医临床症状总积分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗前后中医临床症状总积分差值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为88.33%,对照组为71.66%,观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HR-HPV转阴率为70.00%,对照组HR-HPV转阴率为25.00%,观察组HPV转阴率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气健脾祛湿解毒法治疗生殖道HR-HPV感染,能促使HR-HPV转阴,并显著改善中医临床症状表现。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Jiedu method in the treatment of high-risk human popilloma virus(HR-HPV) infection in genital tract.Methods:120 patients with benign reactive changes and high-risk HPV were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given Baofukang Suppository for external use,and the observation group was given Jiedu Xiaoliu Decoction,which was taken orally,in addition to that of the control group.The treatment lasted for 3 courses.The HPV negative conversion and the changes of TCM clinical symptoms of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total scores of TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference of total scores of TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 88.33.%,while that of the control group was 71.66%.The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The HPV conversion rate of the observation group was 70.00%,and the HPV conversion rate of the control group was 25.00%.The rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of HR-HPV infection in the reproductive tract with Yiqi Jianpi Qushi Jiedu method can promote the HR-HPV negative conversion and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM.
