摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风利湿合剂治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:60例亚急性湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予祛风利湿合剂,每日两次,每次30 mL;对照组给予咪唑斯汀缓释片,每晚1次,每次10 mg;两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、瘙痒时间占夜间睡眠的百分比(the percent of itching time,PIT)、湿疹面积及严重度指数评分(eczema area and severity index,EASI)和血清中趋化因子(thymusand activation-regulated chemokine,TARC)水平。结果:观察组和对照组的有效率分别为83.3%(25/30)、63.3%(19/30),两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床愈显率分别为53.3%(16/30)、20.0%(6/30),观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后VAS、PIT、EASI、血清TARC水平均低于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后PIT、EASI、血清TARC水平低于对照组治疗后(P<0.01)。结论:祛风利湿合剂治疗亚急性湿疹疗效显著,可显著降低VAS、PIT、EASI,其机制可能与调节血清TARC表达水平有关。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Qufeng Lishi Mixture in the treatment of subacute eczema.Methods:Sixty patients with subacute eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was given Qufeng Lishi Mixture twice a day,with 30 ml each time;the control group was given Mizolastine Sustained Release Tablets once a night for 10 mg each time;both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS),the percent of itching time(PIT),the eczema area,severity index(EASI) and thymusand activation-regulated chemokine(TARC) levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 83.3%(25/30) and 63.3%(19/30),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical cure rate was different.The observation group was 53.3%(16/30) and 20.0%(6/30),which was superior to the control group(P<0.01).The VAS,PIT,EASI and serum TARC levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The PIT,EASI and serum TARC levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qufeng Lishi Mixture has significant curative effect on subacute eczema,which can significantly reduce VAS,PIT and EASI.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of serum TARC expression.
